Our
Story
B&T Catering was born out of Bernard and Tania's passion for food and expertise in the culinary arts. From the beginning of our story, you could say that our love language has always been food. From raising our three children to hosting many of our family gatherings, food has always been the heart of our connection.
During the early 80s, Bernard's journey as a chef began while working for leading hotels in the beautiful island country of Sri Lanka. His award-winning, four decade long journey led him to be part of the Sydney Tower Restaurant, during the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Our journey began with a simple mission, to provide delicious food that leaves you wanting more. Today, B&T Catering PTY ltd, is a household name for events across Sydney for offering authentic Sri Lankan and Western cuisine.
